Angel Ramos for State House 64
I am a Native-born Puerto Rican, from Guaynabo, PR. Lived and began school in Puerto Rico until the 4th grade when my mother moved to Philadelphia. I was raised in Philly until my freshmen year where I attended Olney Highschool.
As a child, we moved to numerous locations, so while relationships may have been tough to sustain, I did get an opportunity to learn from many individuals with different backgrounds and walks of life.
At the age of 19 I began a 13-year career in entertainment as a performer and choreographer. This allowed me to learn more from people all across the world. from Europe to Latin America, Japan, China, and even across the United States. I have a deep connection with my country and as a long life Republican, I aim to protect our Nation and the American way of life.
At the age of 31, I began studying programming languages and marketing. I started my first company during the summer of 2014, which was leading a successful path. However, the 2020 pandemic taught me a lot about the need for common sense approach to changes in society. I saw the government’s hard push toward the illegal lockdown mandates, censorship, and the harm that it caused both businesses and the childhood development of young minds.
12 years later, I still work on web IT and marketing among other business endeavors, but I have taken a large interest in getting to know my community better and finding ways of helping in any manner that I can. From volunteering after the hurricanes with Operation BBQ relief, to working with Individuals like Rocky Rochford to bring food and water to those that needed it after the 2024 disaster caused by the storm.
I look forward to serving my community further in many ways and I look forward to having thoughtful and substantial conversations with those in District 64, Hillsborough County, and at the State House.

I am a God-fearing man, a Constitutionalist, and I believe in putting America First. These principles are not just words—they are the foundation of everything I stand for and the values that guide my commitment to serve our community.
I believe government should uphold the Constitution, protect individual freedoms, and stay accountable to the people it serves. My priorities reflect a clear focus on defending those freedoms and supporting the individuals and families who make our communities strong.

I strongly support the Second Amendment and the right of law-abiding citizens to defend themselves and their families. This right is fundamental and must be preserved.
Public safety is essential to a thriving community. I will work to support safe communities by backing law enforcement, promoting accountability, and ensuring that our neighborhoods remain places where families can live without fear.
